Wellnes Tip:
Use Coconut Oil for a bandaid
When applied on scrapes and cuts, coconut oil forms a thin, chemical layer which protects the wound from outside dust, bacteria and virus. Coconut oil speeds up the healing process of bruises by repairing damaged tissues. Plus, it smells a heck-of-a-lot better than anything from the pharmacy.

Tony Sanchez on:
your body LOVES doing YOGA
Yoga demands we treat the body with respect at all times during practice. Warm-up your muscles nicely, do the poses slow and carefully and your body will always be nice to you. Your body loves doing yoga, because it makes it feel so much better than when it doesn't do yoga. If it could, It would hug and kiss you all over. Your body will not punish you because you make it work hard during practice. Only if you act silly and move to fast in or out of the poses, or do not warm-up properly your body can punish you by getting hurt.
