When I think of Thomas the word grace comes to mind.

Dear bē Hot Yoga Family,

It with the deepest sadness I write to you to let you know that our patriarch Thomas McDougall has suddenly passed away. You may not know this gentleman by name but if you practice at noon Monday to Thursday and Saturday morning at 10:00 am you would have noticed this beautiful yogi in the front row practicing with strength and grace. You may have had the good fortune to share conversation with Thomas outside the yoga room.

Thomas' daughter, Amanda has asked me to share with you that a memorial service will be held outdoors at Government House Park in Edmonton at 2:00 pm, Wednesday May 21.

Government House Park is on the North side of the river just off Groat Road and can be accessed from River Valley Road, Groat Road Southbound or Victoria Hill. Link to Map

In honouring Thomas we will be having a special 1 hour candle lit practice at our 124 Street location Friday May 23 at 7:00 pm, please join us in celebrating Thomas' life.

Thomas, your presence, energy and wisdom will be missed at our studio and in my life. The light within me bows to the light within you.
