New Year's Eve CLASS
start the new year off with a core FUSION yoga class at be HOT YOGA
- class starts Dec 31, New Year's Eve at 10:30 pm
- you can reserve your spot by signing up in advance at the studio or phoning Pernille at 780.700.2332
- please arrive at least 20 minutes early.
- the class will consist of our CORE 32/60 minute class followed by 25 minutes of YIN yoga and finally a 5 minute shavasana allowing you to enter 2016 in a state of complete peace.
- class will be followed by a champange and orange juice reception with snacks (fruit and veggies)
if you miss this class and need to detox the next day, join us for a special silent class on New Year's Day at 11:00 am
