Time Based Pass (1MU, 1YU, 2YU, etc)

1) No Extensions
2) No Transfers
3) No Refunds

1YU-The 1 Year Unlimited pass can be put on hold once during the term for up to 4 weeks
2YU-The 2 Year Unlimited pass can be put on hold twice during the term for up to 8 weeks in total. 8 weeks can be used for one long period

Attendance Based Passes (5CP, 10CP, 20CP, 50CP, 100CP, 200CP, etc)

1) Expires after specified period for Short Term and Extended Term passes
2) No Extensions
3) No Transfers
4) No Refunds

MAR (Monthly AutoRenew)

1) No minimum commitment
2) $40 Set-up fee
3) Credit card will be billed $99 plus GST every month on the anniversary of the original purchase
4) *One full month's notice from the anniversary date is required to cancel the pass
5) If the pass is cancelled, the set-up fee will be charged if the client wants to go one the Monthly AutoRenew pass in the future
6) This pass cannot be put on hold, only cancelled
7) No Extensions
8) No Transfers
9) No Refunds

*Example of 1 Full Month's Notice: If your annivaersary date is July 8, you must let us know you want to cancel on or before July 8. If you do your July 8 payment will be processed and your pass will be valid until August 7. If you let us know after between July 9 and August 8, your August 8 payment will be processed and your pass willbe valid until September 7.
